A significant snow event

They were waffling on about snow and blizzards on the radio. Outside there was an occasional sleety shower but, for the most part, blue skies, fluffy white clouds and sunshine.

But they were waffling on about snow on the radio so, leafing through a box of my watercolour sketches from all over time and space, I came across a little snowscape. "Oh, look," I said. "A significant snow event."

"Make the most of it," Graham said over his coffee. "It's likely to be the only significant snow event you'll get."
